Cambodia Wildlife Care
To rescue, rehabilitate, and release Cambodia's wildlife while protecting and restoring forests for future generations.
Our Guiding Principles
Our Mission
To rescue, rehabilitate, and release Cambodia's wildlife while protecting and restoring forests for future generations.
Our Vision
A Cambodia where wildlife and forests thrive in harmony with local communities.
Why Our Work is Urgent
Wildlife Trafficking
Increasing trafficking is leading to declining populations of rare species.
Lack of Care Facilities
Injured and orphaned animals have no proper care facilities in many regions.
Habitat Loss
Forests are disappearing, threatening wildlife and community resources.
Limited Awareness
Lack of awareness and limited community participation in conservation.
Our Scopes of Work
We tackle the complex issues of wildlife conservation through a multi-faceted approach, from hands-on rescue to high-level policy.
Wildlife Rescue & Rehabilitation
Operating a 24/7 rescue hotline, managing rehabilitation centers, and providing expert veterinary services to get animals back to the wild.
Forest & Habitat Protection
Running community forest patrols to stop logging and poaching, planting native trees, and mapping critical habitats for release sites.
Community & Education
School outreach programs, training for local communities in eco-tourism, and campaigns to reduce wildlife trade and plastic waste.
Research & Monitoring
Collecting data on rescued species, monitoring forest cover with drones and GIS, and collaborating with universities on scientific studies.
Advocacy & Partnerships
Working with government to enforce wildlife protection laws, building networks with NGOs, and media advocacy for stronger policies.
